Set in a high-end residence in the hills of Los Feliz, one of Los Angeles’ most secure and affluent areas, Luxe Recovery offers detox and residential care for substance use issues alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Serving no more than six clients at a time, Luxe operates with a 3:1 staff-to-client ratio, enabling the team to deliver individualized, closely attentive support during the earliest stages of recovery.
At Luxe Recovery, doctors and psychiatric specialists work side by side with each person to build a customized roadmap to sobriety, starting with both medical stabilization and emotional wellness. Treatment includes evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). As clients progress, they can participate in supportive wellness activities like yoga, acupuncture, and tailored fitness sessions. Additional calming and confidence-building options include guided art workshops, along with weekly massage and chiropractic services aimed at reducing stress and strengthening healthier perspectives. Clients also benefit from convenient access to AA meetings and peer support networks.
Living at Luxe Recovery feels comfortable and private, with spacious king or queen bedrooms that may be single-occupancy or shared. Clients can relax with flat-screen televisions and even spend time with their pets. Meals are prepared by an on-site chef with restaurant-quality food, and there is a well-stocked snack pantry. Daily life may include time by the pool, hot-tub sessions, arcade activities, workouts at the gym, and private movie screenings. For time outside the facility, Luxe coordinates sober outings such as beach walks, spa-style afternoons, and movie nights.
When it’s time to step down from residential treatment, Luxe Recovery provides tailored discharge planning and helps clients connect with key services that support long-term sobriety. The center also offers an intensive outpatient program and sober living, focusing on practical skill-building for budgeting, job interview preparation, and rebuilding a balanced social life while staying sober.
