About Lifescape Recovery Center
Near the intersection of Vermont Avenue and Lexington Avenue in East Hollywood, Lifescape Recovery Mental Health delivers organized outpatient support for both mental health and substance use concerns. As an accredited provider, the center offers day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient programming (IOP), with options for in-person visits or telehealth. Services are designed for adults managing depression, anxiety, trauma, personality and mood disorders, as well as co-occurring addiction—such as alcohol, methamphetamine, heroin, and prescription drug misuse.
Treatment at Lifescape is grounded in proven approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI), along with psychodynamic therapy and medication management. The program is customized through individual counseling, group sessions, and case management to strengthen coping strategies and support lasting recovery. Care is trauma-informed, and schedules are flexible, with morning, afternoon, and evening options to accommodate work, school, and family responsibilities.
Clients receive a 1:1 client-to-staff ratio, can access same-day admission, and receive continued support through an Alumni Program that features events, community resources, and ongoing peer engagement. Lifescape works with most major commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Kaiser, Beacon, and TriWest, and also offers self-pay and CareCredit financing.
