About R and R Recovery Services
Located in Huntington Beach, California, R&R Recovery provides a whole-person approach to addiction treatment. The team understands that recovery looks different for everyone, so services are tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and existing strengths, with the aim of lowering the chance of relapse. Treatment plans may incorporate clinically proven methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and rational-emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). In addition, clients can participate in complementary holistic services, including art therapy, music therapy, mindfulness practices, and experiential therapy.
R&R Recovery offers outpatient care. Clients can choose from several levels of support, including a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and an extended care option. The extended care program runs for 12 weeks and follows a three-phase structure to help individuals strengthen coping skills as they move from treatment back into everyday life. Throughout the program, clients reinforce their recovery foundation and work on building social and career-related skills with guidance from counselors, nutrition specialists, and other members of the healthcare team.
