About Aspire Counseling Services LLC

Aspire Counseling Services offers outpatient support for substance use disorders (SUD), mental health concerns, and situations where both occur together for adults and adolescents. The center provides drug and alcohol treatment through several outpatient care options, with a focus on intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP). Clients can access individual, couples, family, and group counseling for adults as well as adolescents ages 12–17. In addition to therapy, Aspire runs recovery and educational groups, relapse prevention services, drug and alcohol screening, crisis support, and aftercare. Treatment is evidence-based and tailored to each person’s needs.

Aspire’s Behavioral Health IOP is for people who are dealing with behavioral or emotional difficulties but do not need ongoing inpatient or partial hospitalization-level care. The program provides short-term stabilization of psychiatric symptoms while helping participants continue living independently. Most treatment takes place in small group sessions held three days per week for three hours each day, along with scheduled one-on-one meetings with an Aspire clinician. The therapeutic approach is holistic and combines proven clinical methods with hands-on activities such as animal therapy, art therapy, mindfulness and meditation, yoga, and music therapy.

Aspire’s PHP delivers a higher intensity and more structured level of psychiatric care for individuals who require more support before transitioning to IOP.

For adolescents ages 12–17, Aspire’s Adolescent IOP is designed to address the distinct challenges related to substance use, mental health issues, or a crisis that feels overwhelming. The short-term structure helps students remain in school and keep much of their normal daily routine. The program focuses on helping teens develop strategies to manage substance use, regulate emotions, and improve self-care.
