The Wellbeing & Recovery Collective (TWRC) is an online mental health provider based in the UK, focused on flexible, trauma-aware support. It delivers therapy, group sessions, and structured recovery services for people dealing with eating disorders, substance use issues, and mental health conditions that occur alongside other challenges. Sessions are provided remotely by qualified clinicians and are available for both adults and young people.
TWRC offers a broad set of options designed to meet different mental health needs. Support includes individual therapy, coaching, group-based help, structured treatment pathways, and complementary approaches. The service particularly concentrates on eating disorders, addiction, and major life challenges, providing thorough assessments, links to psychiatric care when needed, and coordinated case management. People can receive support at different points in recovery, whether they are working to stabilise after a relapse, moving on from residential or inpatient support, or aiming to strengthen sustained recovery over time.
TWRC also runs targeted programmes, including a 16-week online intensive outpatient programme (IOP) for eating disorders and a 14-week online addiction recovery programme. These programmes are built around personal needs and typically combine one-to-one therapy, nutritional guidance, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) groups, skill-based workshops, and aftercare, with schedules designed to be manageable for participants. In addition, TWRC builds community by offering a free online platform with resources, articles, and discussion spaces focused on mental health, recovery, and wellbeing, helping individuals feel safe to connect and share their experiences.
