South Coast Recovery delivers a 12-Step approach supported by tailored care plans that include individual treatment, group therapy, family participation, life-skills development, recreational programming, and group workshops. Their full continuum of care spans residential, outpatient, and sober living options. Every treatment plan is customized around the client’s specific needs, with attention to addiction alongside issues such as co-occurring codependency and sex addiction, among other concerns.

A typical routine includes at least one individualized 1-on-1 counseling meeting each week with a dedicated counselor. In addition, the center offers many structured group sessions throughout the day, with each group addressing targeted themes connected to the clients’ recovery. These sessions create a safe space for dialogue, reflection, and shared encouragement.

Set on an 11-hectare tropical coastline, the facility provides separate housing for men and women while they participate in the program together. Accommodations generally include rooms shared by 2–4 clients, and many rooms come with private en-suite facilities. Meals are carefully planned using a four-week rotating menu developed and approved by a registered dietitian. Religious food preferences such as Halal are supported, and when clients have special dietary needs, they are referred for individualized guidance from dietitians. Client privacy is strongly protected through staff confidentiality, and clients may use an optional Consent to Release Information form to manage whether and how updates about their progress are shared externally.
