About Six Seasons Recovery

Six Seasons Recovery is a premium rehabilitation center that combines holistic, wellness-oriented, and experiential methods to support people facing addiction and mental health challenges. The program is available through residential treatment, day programs, and remote telehealth. The center accommodates a small number of clients at once, offering an intentionally private and focused environment. On admission, Six Seasons Recovery completes a medical evaluation to build an individualised care plan. Treatment is delivered through four key areas: medical support, psychological care, nutritional guidance, and physical wellbeing. In some cases, the program can include clients from age 16 and up.

At Six Seasons, a team of highly qualified medical and wellness specialists works together to guide each guest toward lasting recovery. Clients benefit from continuous, 24/7 assistance from a multidisciplinary group that may include a Psychologist, Eating Disorder Clinician, Nutritionist, Dietician, Private Chef, Exercise Physiologist, Yoga Therapist, mindfulness and meditation expert, Equine Therapist, Music Therapist, Art Therapist, nursing staff, and wellness coaches. Six Seasons also provides a structured 12-month aftercare program to help maintain progress after the initial treatment phase. The center further offers adolescent services for those 16+, with the requirement that a family member attends alongside them.

The holistic programming at Six Seasons is designed to address each person’s needs in a highly individualised way. Each day typically begins with calming practices such as meditation, yoga, or beach walks, followed by scheduled one-on-one counselling sessions that align with the guest’s plan. The center also integrates a range of wellness therapies, including equine-assisted therapy, group yoga and meditation sessions, daily movement routines, life skills workshops, organic nutrition, and creative therapeutic activities. Nutrition support includes regular meetings with the guest’s nutritionist to review progress and optimise recovery through diet, which may involve gut microbiome testing to further personalise meal planning. This broad approach supports recovery across the body, mind, and spirit and encourages long-term wellness.

Six Seasons Recovery is set on an 80-acre property surrounded by natural scenery in Margaret River, Western Australia. Beyond clinical care, guests can take part in enjoyable outings such as beach trips and excursions across the South West. The center includes facilities for relaxation, including a pool and sauna, with massage services available regularly. Guests receive private rooms and can access personal training and private yoga sessions. With support from the care team, they may also use personal devices such as phones and laptops.
