There is no set beginning or ending point, so clients can continue treatment for as long as it’s needed, scheduling sessions based on their availability. For individuals dealing with substance use disorders, Pathfinder provides a flexible, fully remote continuum of care that can include medical assessment and detox, counseling that is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, peer coaching, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) or other psychiatric medications. All services are provided through secure online platforms, allowing clients to receive effective treatment from home.

Treatment is organized to help eliminate obstacles in emotional, medical, and practical terms. The center’s fully virtual model delivers a level of support similar to what one would expect from an inpatient setting, while still allowing clients to keep their lives moving. Care can begin with at-home detox, including daily virtual check-ins with a physician. From there, the plan is shaped to match each person’s needs, whether that involves MAT, peer coaching, therapy for mental health concerns, or specialized support for pregnant and postpartum mothers. A harm reduction approach guides services with respect and without shame, judgment, or one standard path.

Each client also receives four weeks of complimentary aftercare, featuring weekly clinical appointments and peer coaching. This follow-up helps clients maintain connection and receive support as they transition back to daily routines, build accountability, and navigate new challenges.
