GreeneStone Centre for Recovery offers both one-on-one and group therapy. The group format includes relapse prevention skills, process-oriented groups, integrated support for co-occurring disorders, sober living planning, specialized-topic sessions, and wellness-based activities. This holistic approach is designed to address underlying and concurrent challenges together, supporting a more thorough recovery process.
After treatment, GreeneStone offers aftercare options built to improve long-term success. Clients receive four transitional therapy sessions with the aftercare therapist, and additional sober companion services are available to help with the transition to a new routine, including live-in support when needed. GreeneStone also runs an active Alumni Program that strengthens the continuum of care after discharge. Participants can remain connected to the GreeneStone community and build relationships that support recovery through giving and receiving encouragement. Clients are encouraged to stay involved by attending meetings, helping organize events, participating in gatherings, and supporting others in service.
