Get Into Recovery helps adults with substance use disorders across England’s Isle of Wight. Somerton Lodge is an alcohol-free haven where clinical support is delivered in a quiet, holistic setting. The programme offers residential accommodation, organized online sessions, and the option of medically supervised detox through a partnership with Equilibrium. Key strengths include peer-led support, a calm boutique atmosphere, and a clear pathway between non-clinical recovery and clinical care.
Through its Quintiva framework, Get Into Recovery combines neuroscience, emotional healing, social connection, behavioural change, and spiritual development into a single approach for the whole person. Developed by leading specialists and informed by lived experience alongside clinical expertise, it supports meaningful, purposeful progress. At Somerton Lodge, clients follow the full Quintiva structure in a daily routine. Weekly support includes 2 hours of one-to-one counseling and 10 hours of group therapy.
Accommodation is provided in private or shared rooms within a tranquil retreat. Each day includes chef-prepared meals, refreshments and snacks, access to gardens, and convenient routes for coastal and countryside walks. Getting there is made easier by the team, who can provide assistance with travel, ferry discount codes where applicable, and pickups or an escort when required.
