EHN Sandstone Recovery Centre is a CARF-accredited program supporting adolescents who are dealing with eating disorders. Sandstone Inpatient Centre offers medical detox, virtual IOP, and residential care. The approach blends proven, evidence-based therapeutic methods with significant one-on-one involvement from supportive, compassionate clinicians. Participants may work through cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), meditation, yoga, and other structured supports.
A typical schedule begins with a nutritious, chef-prepared breakfast, followed by a period for meditation. Clients then take part in physical fitness activities such as time in the gym, walking, or attending a yoga class. Later, they join a psychoeducational session to better understand eating disorders. In the afternoon, individual counseling is scheduled, followed by a satisfying, chef-prepared dinner. After dinner, clients participate in a group panel and then wind down with game night or television time.
