About Inspire Malibu

At Inspire Malibu, we focus on delivering real results for every client, because our rehabilitation program is highly effective when it is followed consistently. That success comes from the perspective and expertise of our clinical team, which designed a plan that blends proven traditional methods with modern, comprehensive approaches that draw from multiple therapeutic disciplines, making our program different from many other treatment options.

Although we tailor the rehab program for each person, certain elements remain consistent across all participants. Clients who join our program live at our facilities during treatment and have only limited, supervised contact with the outside world. This structure is not meant to restrict them, but to ensure that every interaction during the process supports recovery.

The length of rehabilitation varies based on addiction severity and how a patient is progressing, but it is typically not shorter than 30 days and usually does not exceed 90 days. In some cases, treatment can extend to around 180 days. Throughout the program, beyond clinical therapy and addiction education, we provide patients with food, housing, and daily activities and entertainment.

At Inspire Malibu, our staff is trained in multiple evidence-based therapies that support recovery and help reduce the risk of relapse. For each patient, we build a personalized treatment plan that may include one or more therapy services from our clinical toolkit. We recognize that everyone faces different pressures and obstacles, so recovery depends on understanding those specific challenges and selecting the most suitable therapeutic methods to address them: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Motivational Enhancement Therapy Cognitive Behavioral Therapy One-on-One Counseling Pharmacotherapy Stress Management Neurofeedback Therapy (additional cost unless covered by insurance) Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy (additional cost unless covered by insurance)

Our clinical professionals are specialists in addiction and rehabilitation. They assess each patient’s individual circumstances and determine which combination of therapies is most appropriate to support recovery.

At Inspire Malibu, treatment focuses on more than addiction symptoms. With two decades in addiction medicine, our team has found that rehab works best when it also promotes overall well-being. That is why we offer additional therapies and programs aimed at supporting patients mentally, physically, and socially. These components, together with direct addiction treatment, are integrated into a supportive, low-stress environment so that patients leave our care healthier than when they arrived. And we continue to improve—our experienced clinical staff can develop and apply new treatment approaches for clients with especially complex needs.
