About Haven Outpatient Program
Located in Tucson, Arizona, The Haven Outpatient has delivered women-only addiction treatment since 1970. The center is known for addressing issues specific to women through a combination of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and trauma-informed practices. Each client works with a personalized plan that may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), life skills instruction, psychoeducation, participation in 12-Step programming, and guidance from recovery coaching.
The Haven Outpatient also provides a 90-day intensive outpatient program (IOP) designed to offer a more structured level of support than standard outpatient care. Participants typically attend 16 to 30 hours of programming weekly, including at least one hour of individual counseling, 12 hours of group support sessions, and a minimum of three hours of recovery-focused classes. The program further includes random drug testing, case management, and medication services. Whenever possible, The Haven involves families in the treatment process. The center is CARF accredited and works with Arizona insurance plans.
