About COPE Community Services Inc

COPE offers community-based residential behavioral health services at its Tucson, Arizona facility, centered on mental health support. The program is designed for adults who live with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or other related behavioral health challenges. Set in a calm desert environment, the center provides around-the-clock supervision, individualized treatment planning, counseling, help with medications, and training in practical life skills. The setting is both structured and comfortable, helping residents work toward stability and support early recovery.

Therapy is delivered using evidence-based approaches in a safe, home-like atmosphere. Residents take part in individual and group sessions, follow daily schedules, and strengthen real-world abilities such as meal preparation, budgeting, and personal self-care. Staff support medication monitoring and also arrange transportation for medical, legal, or financial appointments when needed. Throughout care, the focus remains on steady support and safety, helping each person develop and grow at their own pace.

COPE also provides additional options including outpatient counseling, peer support, assistance with housing, and medication for opioid use. After completing residential treatment, individuals may transition to day programs or step-down services to continue building on their progress. Together, these supports help people remain engaged, reinforce recovery goals, and sustain long-term wellness within a caring community.
