About The Meadows Outpatient Scottsdale

Located in bright Arizona, The Meadows is an outpatient rehabilitation center that provides both in-person and virtual care. The Meadows supports clients in recognizing emotions, behaviors, and the deeper drivers behind challenges such as substance use disorders and mental health concerns, as well as past traumatic experiences, long-term stress, burnout, and pandemic-related worries. The program is an all-inclusive eight-week experience, with 15 to 20 hours each week of on-site services, available in both daytime and evening schedules. Throughout treatment, The Meadows uses a range of approaches, including neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, eye movement therapy (EMDR), and 12-Step support.

The Meadows also offers specialized tracks tailored to men’s and women’s needs. The gender-specific program is designed to address issues related to sex addiction, intimacy, relationships, and underlying trauma through a combination of individual and group therapy. The trauma-focused program goes further into emotional wounds that may contribute to addiction, depression, anxiety, codependency, and PTSD, guiding clients through therapy centered on healing the original source of these concerns.
