Redefine Wellness and Treatment supports individuals dealing with mental health challenges such as trauma, stress, anxiety, and addiction to rebuild stability, restore inner balance, and regain a sense of personal power. The center provides flexible levels of care, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP), day treatment (PHP), and private retreat intensives. Their approach combines modern neuroscience with traditional wellness methods to address the whole person.

A variety of evidence-informed and holistic practices are used, including neurofeedback, pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy, red light therapy, breathwork, Reiki, and coaching, aimed at strengthening the healing process. Clients may also explore deeper grounding through guided adventure-based experiences known as Soul Spirit Adventures. Together, these services encourage emotional regulation, sharper focus, lower stress, and improved resilience. Participants develop practical coping skills, clearer thinking, and long-term wellness routines while continuing to live in their usual environment.

Retreats such as Deep Dive Healing, New Beginnings, and Professionals Reset are immersive programs lasting about 3 to 5 days. Each retreat includes pre-assessments and structured, guided sessions featuring breathwork, red light therapy, bodywork, energy healing, workshops, and coaching. Designed to help clients reset and heal at a deeper level, the retreats leave participants with insight and practical strategies to maintain balance once they return home.
