Crossroads is a licensed treatment facility with multiple locations in the Phoenix, Arizona area, specializing in detoxification, residential, and outpatient services for men, women, and veterans, tailored to individual needs based on location. Established in 1960, the original Crossroads East Campus is dedicated to assisting men battling substance use disorders. The expansive campus features 12 well-equipped units, each containing 4 beds, along with private bathrooms, showers, dressers, lockers, closets, and personal workspace. Shared amenities include a fully operational kitchen serving meals, a community dining area, complimentary laundry services, a spacious courtyard, access to a computer to aid in job searches, and a large meeting hall that regularly hosts several 12-Step meetings, alternative support gatherings, and community events. The East Campus is staffed around the clock by a team of experienced professionals.
Participants engage in a comprehensive and structured program known as Right Track, which includes personalized assessments, treatment and support services, program development, aftercare planning, and goal setting. Those enrolled in this program take part in both individual and group therapy, undergo weekly drug and alcohol screenings, attend 12-Step meetings, participate in SMART Recovery groups, and receive peer support and family involvement. Clients engage in intensive psychoeducational sessions six days a week, discussing various subjects such as relapse prevention, coping techniques, life skills, anger management, and conflict resolution. Customized treatment plans also incorporate aftercare services and continued care coordination through the Crossroads Aftercare Program. Crossroads works with numerous insurance providers and is committed to offering quality and affordable treatment options for adults seeking help with substance abuse.
Also confirm the facility is licensed by Arizona. If you are withdrawing from alcohol or benzodiazepines, ask about medical detox; do not stop suddenly on your own.
Crossroads East Campus did not report which payment types it accepts. If you have Medicaid, ask whether the facility accepts your Arizona Medicaid plan or can refer you to one that does. Most private plans must cover substance use treatment on terms comparable to other medical care under federal parity law.
