About Crossroads

Crossroads is a state-approved treatment organization operating multiple sites near the Phoenix, Arizona region. It provides detox, residential, and outpatient programs for substance use disorders, serving men, women, and veterans, with available services differing depending on the location.

At the Crossroads Arcadia Campus, the center offers both residential and outpatient care for men dealing with substance use disorders. The residential program takes place in a spacious facility that can accommodate up to 72 residents at a time, with private-style living in fully furnished two-, three-, or four-bedroom units. Residents have access to shared amenities such as a commercial kitchen with meals provided, a community dining area, complimentary laundry services, multiple outdoor spaces used for gatherings and family visits, a courtyard with a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, classrooms that include access to a job-search computer, and a dedicated conference room. The campus is staffed by trained professionals available around the clock.

During residential treatment, men participate in the Right Track program, a structured, high-intensity schedule that includes individual evaluations, ongoing therapy and support, program development, aftercare preparation, and assistance with goal setting. The program combines one-on-one and group substance use counseling, weekly drug and alcohol testing, 12-Step meetings, SMART Recovery groups, peer mentoring, and opportunities for family participation. Participants attend intensive psychoeducational groups six days per week, focusing on relapse prevention, coping skills, life skills, anger management, and conflict resolution. Treatment planning also includes aftercare support and coordination through the Crossroads Aftercare Program to help ensure continuity of care.

Crossroads Arcadia also operates as a community day treatment program, delivering intensive outpatient services. Its male-only outpatient track is intended for men who have completed residential care and remain at the facility while continuing treatment. Programming focuses on maintaining relapse prevention work and strengthening practical skills, with added support for building accountability, finding employment, and preparing for reintegration into everyday life. The center works with many insurance plans and aims to deliver dependable, affordable treatment options for adults seeking help with substance use.
