About Crossroads
Crossroads is a state-licensed treatment organization with multiple sites around the Phoenix, Arizona region. It provides detox, residential, and outpatient services for substance use disorders, serving men, women, and veterans, with program details that can differ by location.
The Extension Campus for Women offers a 45-day residential program for up to 84 adult women at a time. Residents stay in fully furnished shared living units. The campus includes a commercial kitchen with meals provided, a community dining hall, and complimentary laundry services. For clients with mother/child visits, there is a dedicated children’s room. The facility also has classroom space and access to a shared television area. Support is available through trained staff around the clock.
Women in the program participate in a structured, high-intensity program known as Right Track. Participants receive individual assessments and a range of treatment and support, including program and aftercare planning and help setting personal goals. The schedule includes one-on-one and group substance abuse therapy, weekly drug and alcohol testing, 12-Step meetings, SMART Recovery groups, peer mentoring, and opportunities for family involvement. The program includes six days per week of psychoeducational group sessions focused on topics such as relapse prevention, coping skills, practical life skills, anger management, and conflict resolution. Treatment planning also incorporates aftercare services and ongoing coordination through the Crossroads Aftercare Program. Crossroads accepts many insurance plans and aims to deliver effective, accessible care for adults seeking substance abuse treatment.
In addition, Crossroads Extension Campus offers an outpatient option through its clinic, where both men and women can access medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services, mental health care, and holistic programming such as yoga and art.
