Horizon Recovery Centers, formerly known as Turning Point Healing Centers, is committed to supporting adolescents as they move forward in recovery by tackling mental health concerns and substance misuse at the same time. The program focuses on treating depression and co-occurring substance use disorders, along with related challenges such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), PTSD, and trauma. With a full continuum of care that includes both residential and outpatient options, as well as recovery coaching, the center provides structured support at every stage. Care is guided by evidence-based therapeutic methods while also incorporating a holistic mindset, with plans designed for each individual young person.

Horizon Recovery Centers is staffed by experienced, certified professionals, including licensed therapists who are available five days per week. Clinical services are managed by a licensed clinical director, who also leads ongoing training for the staff. The medical director brings expertise in addictionology and behavioral health. Behavioral health technicians meet or exceed Arizona’s certification standards, helping ensure consistent, knowledgeable care.

The Peoria, Arizona campus offers a caring, low-distraction atmosphere and includes a range of amenities and activities to promote engagement and wellness, such as fitness and sports, rock climbing, art therapy, and music.
