Each person completes a thorough evaluation to understand the biological, psychological, and social factors involved in their mental health condition or substance use, and the care plan is tailored accordingly. Relaxing fireside moments, structured activities on-site, and coaching from a professional athlete in nutrition and fitness help create an environment focused on recovery.
