About Cais
CAIS was founded in 1976 with the goal of creating a world where everyone can receive inclusive, steady support that is tailored to their individual needs. CAIS supports people facing addiction, mental health challenges, personal growth goals, and employment difficulties, and also provides help for family members and friends. Working alongside a range of services and programs, CAIS delivers medical detox, personalised residential care, accommodation support for those experiencing homelessness, criminal justice-related assistance, and employment and training opportunities. Its comprehensive offer includes rehabilitation services, counselling, peer mentoring, help while people remain in their own homes, motivational support, and guidance for education and school needs.
